About this Role

Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Bilingual Finance Expert, leveraging your advanced finance and language skills to build the next generation of AI models. In this intellectually stimulating role, you'll design challenging, knowledge-based question–answer pairs using multi-source research, directly shaping the accuracy and depth of AI language systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create complex, multi-faceted finance and economics questions that challenge current AI capabilities. Conduct in-depth research using obscure but credible sources to ensure accuracy and originality. Translate and adapt finance-related content between two or more languages to ensure linguistic and conceptual precision. Craft clear, well-justified answers with comprehensive, source-backed rationales. Evaluate and refine outputs to improve the AI’s logical reasoning and knowledge base. Collaborate closely with our customer's team, sharing insights and feedback to enhance content quality and impact. Maintain rigorous documentation and source tracking for all created materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional proficiency in at least two languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong background in finance, economics, or a related discipline. Exceptional logical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities. Demonstrated experience translating complex financial concepts across languages. Proven ability to conduct research and synthesize information from varied, authoritative sources. Detail-oriented approach in constructing questions and justifications. Self-motivated with experience in remote work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Finance, Economics, or Linguistics. Experience designing assessment materials or creating educational/testing content. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing concepts.
