In this unique role, you will utilize your industry expertise to review, process, and annotate real-world credit authorization scenarios, shaping the future of credit decisioning technology. Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate credit applications, documents, and supporting materials for accuracy and compliance. Annotate and categorize credit processing cases to support AI model training and quality assurance. Identify patterns, discrepancies, and potential risks within credit authorization workflows. Collaborate with AI development teams by providing insights and feedback on credit processes. Maintain accurate records of reviewed cases and ensure data confidentiality at all times. Assist in refining and improving credit authorization guidelines for model accuracy. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in credit authorization, credit processing, or related financial services roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Comfort working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Privacy. Micro1 projects often require you to install time-tracking software that takes screenshots of your desktop while you work to ensure you are actually working. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring software, this might not be for you.

What does the work actually look like?

It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.

How flexible is the schedule?
