Job Summary: Join our customer's team as a .Net Developer, working at the forefront of AI innovation. You will leverage your backend and full stack engineering expertise to contribute to the training and development of advanced AI models for an AI agent project. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET-based backend solutions for AI agent training workflows. Integrate APIs using .NET and FastAPI to support data collection, processing, and model training activities. Collaborate with machine learning engineers and product managers to refine software requirements and deliver robust solutions. Participate in code reviews, ensuring maintainable, secure, and high-performing codebases. Troubleshoot complex system issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions. Document software processes, integrations, and best practices with clarity and precision. Actively contribute to a remote, collaborative team environment, emphasizing strong written and verbal communication. Required Skills and Qualifications: +3 Extensive hands-on experience with .NET (open to other backend tech) development in production environments. Proven expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Proficiency with FastAPI or similar high-performance frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset suitable for complex backend tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in technical documentation. Self-motivated and able to work independently on remote teams. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and version control systems. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working on AI or machine learning-driven projects. Background in training or optimizing AI models using backend data pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
