About this Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join our customer's team in a transformative role centered around AI model training for recruitment processes. In this unique position, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition and project management to train and improve AI models, shaping the future of hiring technology—without directly executing recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with AI development teams to train and refine talent acquisition models, ensuring high-quality and relevant outputs. Translate real-world recruitment workflows and best practices into actionable datasets and training scenarios for AI systems. Assess, analyze, and validate AI model performance, providing continuous feedback for algorithm improvement. Document and communicate findings, model updates, and project milestones with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Apply project management methodologies to oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for AI training projects. Ensure all AI training content reflects current trends, compliance requirements, and industry standards in talent acquisition. Champion clear, precise written and verbal communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related fields. Demonstrated project management expertise in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in cross-functional team collaboration, particularly bridging technical and business domains. Knowledge of recruitment processes, selection methodologies, and talent technology solutions. Must be based in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or training AI/ML models in a recruitment or HR context. Background in process optimization and data-driven project execution. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) or HR-related credentials.
