Account Executive (Replay ai) (US)

We are looking for an Account Executive with 2-4+ years of experience to own the full sales cycle for startup wind-downs and data acquisition. You'll be a consultative, empathetic closer who helps founders navigate one of the hardest moments in their company's life, shutting down, while negotiating data licensing deals that fuel the next generation of AI models. This is not a high-pressure sales role; it's a high-EQ, high-IQ motion where you're often paying companies for their data, not extracting money from them. Sales cycles are fast (~13 days), the product is category-defining, and the comp reflects it.

What will you be doing?

• Running end-to-end sales conversations with founders winding down their startups, closing wind-down deals and acquiring their company's data sets for AI model training

• Self-hunting 25%+ of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, identifying companies showing distress signals

• Negotiating data pricing and legal terms firmly while knowing when to walk away from bad-fit deals

• Adopting, adapting, and improving the existing sales playbook as you learn what works in this emerging category

• Hitting a target of 10+ data sets acquired per month while maintaining 40%+ close rates on qualified deals
