Business Development Representative (BDR) (US)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1, 4 years of experience to join Eventual's founding sales team and help scale our distribution network of insurance agents across the country. Eventual is the company behind Premium Lock, a 3-year price guarantee on home insurance, and we're growing fast with $7.5M raised and a Series A on the horizon. You'll be making hundreds of outbound cold calls daily, booking demos for our AEs, and helping refine the sales motion at a seed-stage fintech tackling America's housing affordability crisis. What will you be doing?

• High-volume cold calling to prospective insurance agencies to book meetings and demos for AEs

• Following up with booked prospects, owning reminders, confirmations, and ensuring meetings are attended

• Managing CRM hygiene in HubSpot to track outreach, pipeline, and performance metrics

• Using AI tooling and rev ops automation (~30% of your time) to make the outbound motion faster and more effective

• Collaborating closely with the CEO and sales leadership to refine messaging and product positioning
