Business Operations (US)

We are looking for a Business Operations professional with 2-5 years of experience to work directly with Sieve's executive team and translate strategic priorities into operational reality. Sieve is the only AI research lab exclusively focused on video data, serving the world's leading AI labs as a team of ~30 people, and growing fast. You'll own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end, stand up entirely new functions from scratch, and bring rigor to how the company operates as it scales. This is a high-leverage role where you'll be close enough to leadership to shape decisions and hands-on enough to build what doesn't exist yet.

What will you be doing?

• Work directly with the leadership team to identify, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives across the company

• Build and own new operational functions from scratch, spanning finance, people ops, GTM operations, planning, and reporting processes

• Drive cross-functional projects from ambiguity to execution, working with engineering, GTM, and finance to unblock progress and hold owners accountable

• Run the operating cadence of the company: goal-setting, weekly/monthly business reviews, and org-wide planning

• Identify operational gaps before they become urgent and build lightweight systems and processes to close them
