About this Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with 0, 2 years of experience to work directly alongside our founder and CEO, Lucas, at a fast-growing AI automation startup backed by Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and Felicis Ventures. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys being organized, proactive, and the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.
What you need
- Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site 5 days a week in the Mission District
- 0.5, 2 years of experience, ideal for a sharp, organized recent grad or early-career professional
- Excited about the EA/personal assistant role, this is 70% of your time working directly with Lucas
- Strong communicator who is clear, sharp, and comfortable representing the CEO externally
- Proactive and organized, you anticipate needs and keep nothing from slipping through the cracks
What will you be doing?
Manage Lucas's calendar, inbox, and scheduling with investors, partners, and stakeholders (~30% of your time)
Own personal logistics for Lucas, appointments, travel, errands, personal finances/tax paperwork (~30% of your time)
Keep the SF office humming, snacks, supplies, catering, and weekly team events (~30% of your time)
Prep meetings with agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
Jump on ad-hoc special projects as needed by the leadership team (~10% of your time)
