What you'll do
- Design and run pilots, AI implementations, and trainings to activate and onboard new customers.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes, driving adoption and expansion within key accounts.
- Work closely with Heads of Pricing, RevOps, and Product at leading AI and fintech companies to design and deploy scalable solutions.
- Codify best practices from customer deployments to shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Lead strategic projects that turn user insights into actionable product and business bets.
- Identify and scale repeatable patterns to ensure every new customer achieves value faster.
What you need
- We need someone with 3+ total years of experience in both IB or elite consulting AND a bizops/strategy role at a startup. Open to those with just startup experience in a bizops/strategy or deployment role who has a proven track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end. You should be comfortable working directly with senior leaders at customer companies to solve complex problems and connect product capabilities to business outcomes. Bonus points if you have experience with B2B pricing, GTM tools, or AI agents.
