Founding Field Sales Rep, Physician Practices (US)

We are looking for a Founding Field Sales Rep with 2-4 years of experience to be one of the first sales hires at a fast-growing YC-backed AI startup selling into physician practices. You'll be hitting the road, walking into provider groups, and booking qualified meetings for our AE, think pharma rep motion, but for AI that automates the billing and payer work practices struggle with every day. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join an 8-person team backed by Y Combinator, 20VC, and Fly Ventures, with a clear path to AE. If you love being on the road, thrive on in-person selling, and want to break into AI at the earliest stage, this is your role.

What will you be doing?

• Traveling multi-state most weeks to visit physician practices in person, walking in, getting past the front desk, and booking qualified demos and meetings for the AE to close

• Planning trip routes, building target lists, and doing pre- and post-visit follow-up work (emails, cold calls, prioritization) during weeks off the road

• Generating top-of-funnel pipeline across orthopedics, multi-specialty groups, surgery centers, and practice management companies

• Providing direct feedback to the founders on what messaging works, who the right personas are, and what objections you're hearing, shaping the field sales playbook from scratch

• Hitting a quarterly target of qualified meetings booked, with 1.5-2x commission accelerators in your first quarter to offset ramp time
