Founding Growth Lead (US)

We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead with 3-5 years of experience to build Pallet's demand generation engine from the ground up. You'll be a high-slope growth marketer who can stand up, optimize, and scale channels across paid digital, email, ABM, content, and emerging platforms to grow top-of-funnel and drive marketing qualified leads into enterprise pipeline. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-scaling AI company ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth) approaches demand gen, working closely with sales, marketing, and the product teams building AI Agents for the $12 trillion logistics market. We're looking for someone with startup DNA, a builder mentality, and the desire to own more and grow their career at a company being pulled by massive market demand.

What will you be doing?

• Build and optimize demand generation channels from scratch to grow top-of-funnel MQLs that convert into enterprise sales pipeline

• Own marketing operations infrastructure including attribution, automation, lead routing, segmentation, and funnel reporting

• Work closely with the sales team and agent delivery team to translate product and AI advancements into compelling go-to-market messaging for potential customers

• Test and scale paid acquisition, email nurture, website conversion, ABM programs, SEO/AEO, and emerging channels, doubling down on what works

• Manage agencies, contractors, and specialized partners to move faster across channels where outside expertise accelerates results
