About this Role
We are looking for a Founding GTM hire with 1+ years of experience to be the first commercial team member at a stealth-stage AI company transforming the $3T commercial insurance market. You'll own outbound prospecting and closing for the world's largest insurance brokers, working directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine from scratch.
What you need
- At least 1 year of GTM experience (AE or full-stack BDR) at a high-growth, early-stage startup, must have seen what "zero to one" looks like
- Exceptional soft skills and high EQ, you'll be navigating complex enterprise dynamics and internal politics at multi-billion dollar organizations
- Hunter mentality, excited by relentless outbound work, not repelled by hours of prospecting
- AI-native, comfortable building demos in Cursor/Claude and using AI tools daily in your workflow
- Able to work fully in-office 5 days a week in London (visa sponsorship available)
What will you be doing?
Running purely outbound sales motions, cold outreach, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and targeted prospecting to buyers within the top 20 global insurance brokers
Owning the full sales cycle from first touch to closing pilot agreements with enterprise accounts
Attending conferences and in-person meetings to build relationships with key decision-makers
Managing and improving existing GTM tooling (CRM, Clay, automated outreach systems) to scale pipeline
Helping kick off pilots with 12 of the top 20 largest brokers by end of year, an ambitious, company-defining target
