Founding Marketer (US)

We are looking for a Founding Marketer with 3-7 years of experience to be the first marketing hire at Gryps, an AI platform transforming how construction capital program owners manage their projects. You will take the company's story out of the founders' heads and put it into the market, owning messaging, content, and pipeline generation for a product with $150K-$400K ACVs sold to large, traditional organizations. This is a true zero-to-one role: no team, no agency, no existing playbook. You need to be a self-starter who can absorb context quickly, think in terms of customer value (not just features), and ship work independently. If you thrive in ambiguity and want to build a marketing function from scratch with a path to leading a team in two years, this is your role.

What will you be doing?

• Own all content creation, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, customer stories, and sales collateral, translating technical product capabilities into compelling value narratives for non-technical enterprise buyers

• Build and run Gryps' conference and event presence end-to-end, from selecting and sponsoring events to booth logistics, pre-event outreach, and post-event pipeline follow-up (expect significant travel, especially September through November)

• Develop and refine the company's core messaging and positioning, working closely with the founders and sales team in-office to deeply understand the product and customer pain points

• Experiment with new channels and tools, including AI-powered workflows, LinkedIn ads, and creative campaign ideas, to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team

• Support the two-person sales team with ready-to-use collateral, demo materials, and objection guides so they are never building from scratch mid-deal
