About this Role
We are looking for a Founding Recruiter with 5+ years of experience to be the first dedicated recruiting hire at Suppli, our AI-native A/R platform for B2B distributors. You'll own talent acquisition end-to-end, standing up the recruiting infrastructure from scratch, converting passive candidates into first calls, and building the team across engineering, product, sales, and CS as we scale.
What you need
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a mix of agency and in-house backgrounds
- Strong track record hiring engineers and technical talent, this is the hardest and highest-priority need
- Early-stage startup experience (seed to Series B) where you recruited for a company without brand recognition
- Full-cycle solo IC experience, you've run end-to-end searches across technical and non-technical roles without a recruiting org behind you
- AI-native by habit, you already use AI tools daily for sourcing, outreach, research, and ops
What will you be doing?
Stand up the entire recruiting stack from the ground up, ATS, sourcing tools, AI-native workflows, and sequencing infrastructure
Convert passive candidates into first calls through high-quality cold outreach, especially for engineering and sales roles
Screen candidates with taste so hiring managers only spend time on people who clear the bar
Partner closely with the CEO and VP of Sales on calibrating profiles, gathering feedback, and moving candidates through the pipeline fast
Build Suppli's employer brand, content, storytelling, and positioning to drive inbound interest for a company most candidates haven't heard of yet
