Growth Lead (US)

We are looking for a Growth Lead with 2+ years of experience to own growth end-to-end at Harmonic, the startup discovery engine. You'll be a high-agency operator who defines how Harmonic is positioned and perceived across investors, enterprise innovation teams, and GTM buyers. This is a lead role reporting to the Head of Growth and Marketing with direct access to the CEO, and you'll play a critical part in Harmonic's expansion into the $100B+ corporate innovation market. We need someone who is introspective, reflective, and can demonstrate real ownership, not just jargon, over what they've built and why.

What will you be doing?

• Owning Harmonic's product positioning and narrative across target segments, investors, corporate development, and GTM teams

• Building all go-to-market collateral including talk tracks, battle cards, and product documentation to help the sales team win new business and drive expansion

• Leading product launches end-to-end, determining the right media mix and collateral so every release reaches the right audience

• Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Product, and CEO to ensure messaging resonates across Harmonic's different, and rapidly growing, customer segments

• Shaping how Harmonic expands its narrative to new enterprise and corporate segments, making the case for why innovation teams need Harmonic
