Growth Marketer (Replay ai) (US)

We are looking for a Growth Marketer with 3-4+ years of experience to be the founding marketing hire at Sunset and build a repeatable acquisition engine from scratch. You'll own top-of-funnel growth across both our Wind-down and Data Partnerships motions, testing and scaling new channels to generate MQLs beyond our current referral-driven pipeline. What will you be doing?

• Build Sunset's marketing function from zero, no existing playbook, no prior marketing hire, just you and a blank canvas

• Test and scale new channels (paid, SEO/AEO/GEO, content, web, and more) to generate qualified MQLs across both motions

• Ship landing pages, campaigns, and workflows yourself using AI tools, no waiting on design or engineering

• Make fast decisions with incomplete data: kill what's not working quickly, double down on what is

• Track and report your own results owning the full funnel from experiment to qualified lead
