Growth (US)

We are looking for our first Growth hire with 3-8 years of experience to own how Datawizz gets discovered, tried, and adopted. You will be a blend of marketer, creator, and analyst, responsible for running experiments and building our content engine from the ground up. We're seeking someone who wants to build, not manage, and work on hard problems with a small team that ships. This is a foundational role where you will directly drive signups and activations for our platform.

What will you be doing?

• Become a power user of the platform and turn that into compelling content: Looms, walkthroughs, case studies, and short-form video that drive inbound interest.
• Run experiments across various channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, podcasts, paid) to determine where we get the most impact, and own growth metrics end-to-end.
• Design and launch our affiliate and creator partnership programs, from selecting partners to structuring payouts and tracking attribution.
• Use Datawizz to build agents that automate your own workflows and multiply your use.
