GTM Engineer (Replay ai) (US)

We are looking for a GTM Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to build and own the automation, CRM infrastructure, and data pipelines that enable a rapidly scaling sales team to focus on hunting and closing. Sunset is expanding its go-to-market motion with ~6 new sales hires, and this role ensures they have the proper infra, email warm-ups, campaigns, CRM integrations, enrichment pipelines, and reporting, all set up and running. You'll be the founding GTM engineering hire, working directly with AEs and SDRs to eliminate manual busywork and maximize qualified lead volume. This is a high-impact, hands-on builder role at a company that's scaled from $0 to multi-8-figure run rate in months.

What will you be doing?

• Building and maintaining all outbound infrastructure, email warm-ups, campaigns, multi-channel sequences, so reps can execute at volume without manual setup
• Setting up CRM integrations, data quality systems, and enrichment pipelines that keep lead and pipeline data trustworthy and accessible
• Building live reporting and dashboards so SQL volume, conversion, and pipeline health are visible without manual data pulls
• Constantly testing and evaluating new tools and automations, proving with real measurement what works and cutting what doesn't
• Supporting ~6 new sales hires by ensuring all GTM systems and infrastructure are fully operational from day one
