About this Role
We are looking for a Head of Provider Partnerships with 6+ years of experience working with independent practices and physician networks to own our provider data network end to end, bringing new specialty practices into the network, getting them live, and making every partner a long-term advocate. This is a founding team role at a fast-growing AI + real-world data company accelerating drug development.
What you need
- 6+ years in provider-facing roles: physician network development, MSO/specialty practice operations, or health data network growth
- Track record of signing and managing partnerships with independent physician practices and provider groups
- Strong project management skills, able to run many implementations simultaneously without dropping any
- Comfort with healthcare data concepts (EHRs, de-identification, HIPAA, BAAs) and coordinating legal agreements
- A relationship builder physicians trust: responsive, straightforward, and organized
What will you be doing?
Source, pitch, and sign new specialty practices and physician networks, building a repeatable playbook for each specialty
Run each partner from signature to live, coordinating data agreements, EHR integration, and internal teams to shorten time to onboard
Own ongoing engagement and retention through recurring check-ins, clinical reviews, and proactive communication
Manage provider economics including revenue share reporting and payments
Be the voice of the provider inside Century Health, shaping product and roadmap decisions
