Head of Growth (US)

Citizen (#1 public safety app in the U.S.) is hiring a Head of Growth to own the full marketing function, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. This is not an executive or people-manager seat: it's a hands-on, AI-native, full-stack marketer (4+ years) who has owned paid, organic, content and analytics end to end at a consumer brand and now runs it with agents. Small team (3 humans + agents), generous equity, and a roadmap about to be everywhere in the media.

What will you be doing?

• Own brand storytelling across social, video, press, and in-product, mining Citizen's live archive of real safety events to craft narratives that drive organic growth and earned media

• Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy for feature launches, city expansions, and strategic partnerships across paid, organic, and press channels

• Build the B2B marketing engine alongside the enterprise sales team, positioning, messaging, vertical GTM campaigns, and collateral that shortens sales cycles and generates pipeline

• Run paid install campaigns end-to-end with agency support, owning budget allocation, creative testing at volume, and continuous optimization to improve CAC and LTV/CAC ratios

• Scale the creator program from infancy into a systematic engine that drives in-app content quality, watch time, and Week-1 retention
