Head of Marketing (US)

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with 8+ years of B2B marketing experience to own the entire marketing function, positioning, product marketing, demand generation, content, events, and brand, at a profitable, Series A agentic AI company selling into credit unions and community banks. You'll report directly to the CEO, build a small senior team, and define how a new category gets understood by the market before competitors get the chance.

What will you be doing?

• Own all positioning, messaging, and product marketing across the full platform, hands-on, not delegated

• Build and execute GTM strategy for product launches, including sales enablement (battlecards, playbooks, competitive intel) that directly drives deal wins

• Drive demand generation and pipeline contribution alongside Sales, with a number you co-own

• Build the marketing function and team from the ground up, hire, coach, and set the operating cadence

• Represent interface.ai at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums
