Senior Account Manager (US)

We are looking for an Account Manager with 7+ years of commercial P&C servicing experience to be the foundational client relationship owner at a seed-stage, AI-native insurance brokerage. You'll be the first dedicated servicing hire, setting the standard for how InFrame serves mid-market clients in construction, real estate, and manufacturing. This is not a sales role! You will own client relationships end-to-end post-conversion, handling renewals, certificates, compliance, and ongoing servicing while partnering with our engineering team to build AI-powered workflows that let you scale from 30 clients to 300. You'll eventually build and lead a team of AEs beneath you as the book grows.

What will you be doing?

• Own ongoing client relationships for mid-market commercial accounts, handling renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, compliance questions, and day-to-day servicing needs

• Support producers during the sales-to-onboarding handoff, ensuring new clients are smoothly transitioned into your care

• Partner directly with the CTO and engineering team to identify the 80% of servicing workflows that can be automated with AI, shaping the product roadmap from a practitioner's perspective

• Codify service standards and playbooks that define how InFrame operates, building repeatable processes from scratch at a startup where nothing exists yet

• Grow into a team lead role in hiring and coaching 2-5+ additional AEs as client volume scales
