About this Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to own and manage Homebase's Salesforce instance, supporting the go-to-market teams that help 100,000+ small businesses thrive. You'll join a fast-moving Rev Ops team under the VP of Sales and Customer Support, serving as the go-to expert for out-of-box Salesforce configurations, ticket triage, and tooling optimization.
What you need
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, must know the tool inside and out
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator), credentials will be verified via Salesforce Verification
- Experience with Service Cloud in addition to Sales Cloud
- Background at startups or mid-stage scale-ups (not exclusively large enterprise environments)
- Must be based in or willing to work from the Houston, TX office 4 days per week (Mon, Thu in-office, Fri remote)
What will you be doing?
Owning day-to-day Salesforce administration, configurations, user management, and ticket triage for Sales and Customer Success teams
Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
Managing and optimizing the go-to-market tech stack alongside the Rev Ops team
Partnering with stakeholders across Sales and Customer Support to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Ensuring data integrity and supporting process documentation across the platform
