About this Role
We are looking for a Growth Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to build the internal tools, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows that supercharge our sales team. You'll be a full-stack engineer who thinks creatively about problems and wants to make every account exec 50x more effective. This is a foundational role at a fast-growing YC-backed startup.
What will you be doing?
Build data pipelines that find every prospect in the industry by turning fragmented, messy data into actionable leads for the sales team
Ship internal tools that make account execs dramatically more effective: outbound automation, lead routing, sequencing, and deal-room tooling
Apply AI and LLMs to unstructured data (PDFs, phone calls, legacy systems) and turn it into signals that fill the pipeline
Build agents that work in the background to compound the sales team's advantage
