About this Role
We are looking for a Transformation Strategist with 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise deployment strategy to join Duvo. You'll own the customer's business transformation end-to-end, building the case for operational change, getting C-level buy-in, and ensuring AI-driven process improvements stick within large retail and CPG enterprises.
What you need
- Currently at McKinsey, Bain or BCG, or ex-MBB who left to build something.
- Real retail, CPG, or FMCG industry experience, either through consulting engagements or as an operator
- 4-6+ years of experience with strong stakeholder management and C-level credibility
- Business-focused mindset (not technical/engineering), comfortable building transformation cases and managing change
- Hungry, driven, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment without fully defined processes
What will you be doing?
Owning the customer transformation roadmap and driving measurable business outcomes for retail/CPG enterprise clients
Working at C-level and board level to connect Duvo's AI platform capabilities to income statement impact
Assembling and managing teams of Forward Deployed Engineers for each customer project
Building business cases, running steering committees, and presenting proof packs to executive stakeholders
Driving expansion within accounts, turning pilots into company-wide rollouts through demonstrated ROI
