How Alignerr Projects Work

Alignerr is the talent network built on top of Labelbox, the data infrastructure platform. When you apply, you go through a screening and a Zara video interview. After that, you are not automatically given work. You are placed in a pool and matched to active projects based on your skills and assessment scores.

What a Prism Task Looks Like

Unlike the coding or evaluation projects, Rainforest is beginner-friendly. No technical background required. What you need is a clear voice, a quiet space, and the ability to follow audio recording guidelines.

Task types cover utterances (short phrases and sentences for voice model training), stories (longer expressive narration passages), and background (environmental and ambient audio recordings). What you need is a clear speaking voice in any accent, a quiet room with minimal echo, and reliable internet for uploads. No prior experience is required.
