How the application process works

The path from signing up to your first paid task has a few more steps than most platforms, so here is the full sequence.

Step 1: Create your account and profile

Step 2: AI video interview (about 15 minutes)

Every role starts with a short video interview run by an AI interviewer. It opens with one warm-up question, then moves into questions tailored to the role. It waits about five seconds after you stop talking before responding, so it does not cut you off. Do not rush to fill that silence.

A few things make a real difference: use a desktop browser with a working camera and mic, find a quiet room, and use headphones if you have them. There is no required cooldown, but wait for your result before retaking the same role so you do not create duplicate records.

How Deel and Net-30 payments work
