Define standards for high-quality business reports and executive communications Establish best practices for argument structure, evidence hierarchy, storytelling, and recommendation development Help create evaluation rubrics that distinguish exceptional, average, and poor-quality outputs Analyse business questions generated by AI systems Synthesise multiple sources of information into clear, actionable recommendations Produce decision-ready reports comparable to strategy consulting deliverables presented to executive leadership Review AI-generated research and reporting workflows across: Consistency of reasoning and recommendations Accuracy of analyses and conclusions Appropriateness of confidence assessments Quality of logical reasoning Executive readiness of final outputs Provide detailed feedback and scoring rationale. 3+ years at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, Kearney, EY-Parthenon, Roland Berger, or a comparable strategy consulting firm Experience producing executive-facing presentations and reports Strong analytical problem-solving and structured thinking skills Experience synthesising qualitative and quantitative research into recommendations Excellent written communication skills Availability to commit 40 hours during the first week and approximately 15 hours per week thereafter Experience in CPG, healthcare/pharma, financial services, retail, or consumer sectors Experience presenting recommendations directly to senior executives Experience evaluating analytical work products or mentoring junior consultants Engagement Length: 1 month initially, with potential extension Commitment: 40 hours during the first week (training, calibration, and framework development), followed by approximately 15 hours per week for the remainder of the engagement Help shape how future AI systems perform strategic business analysis Apply consulting expertise to cutting-edge AI evaluation work Work alongside senior consultants, researchers, and industry leaders We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
