The Audio team focuses on developing breakthrough audio technologies for AI glasses and head-mounted displays to enable effortless communication and augment human capabilities, even in challenging acoustic environments.
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery lifecycle for feature development and productization.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Clearly communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate regular feature evaluation sessions with the team to gather feedback and promote feature familiarity.
- Ensure tasks and projects are properly completed and progress is thoroughly documented.
- Oversee vendor services and equipment procurement, and support other operational projects as needed.
- Maintain an on-site presence five days a week at the Redmond facilities.
- 3+ years of project management experience within research or product development settings.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective at building strong partnerships and collaborating across functions with team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- PMP or a similar professional certification, or equivalent experience.
