What to Expect

Penetration testing evaluation tasks assess AI understanding of offensive security techniques, vulnerability identification, and ethical hacking methodology, always in the context of evaluating AI reasoning quality for defensive improvement purposes. You'll assess whether AI-generated pentest scope definitions are comprehensive, whether vulnerability discovery approaches follow standard methodologies (OWASP, PTES), and whether AI explanations of common attack techniques (SQL injection, XSS, privilege escalation) are technically accurate. Tasks also evaluate AI-generated remediation recommendations for technical correctness and prioritization logic. Experience in ethical hacking, red teaming, or penetration testing is required. OSCP, CEH, or equivalent hands-on certification is the standard qualification. All tasks are scoped to evaluation of AI reasoning, not the generation of working exploits.
